Have you tried brewing light roast specialty coffee with a moka pot?
I brewed medium roast specialty coffee, and while the extraction strength was much weaker than its original flavor, it was still drinkable.
I haven’t tried light roast yet, so I’m not sure if it would work well.
Has anyone tried light roast single origin?
