Why does coffee lose its flavor as it cools?

Is it the coffee beans?

Is it the extraction process?

Or both?

Have you tried brewing light roast specialty coffee with a moka pot?

I brewed medium roast specialty coffee, and while the extraction strength was much weaker than its original flavor, it was still drinkable.

I haven’t tried light roast yet, so I’m not sure if it would work well.

Has anyone tried light roast single origin?

Personally, I find the aroma of the coffee itself much more appealing, but I guess that’s all a matter of preference, right?

I’m also a bit concerned about the deterioration of the green beans during anaerobic fermentation.

The fruity aroma is strong, but there’s also a hint of fermentation, which seems a bit controversial.

Have you tried Liberica, one of the world’s three major coffee varieties, along with Robusta and Arabica?

The coffee cherries themselves are large, resulting in larger beans and a stronger aroma. Therefore, it’s best to adjust the grind size and water temperature to achieve under-extraction during brewing.
